How Disgusting……

I just had to share this story as it was shared to me by a fellow Club Corgi member on my Dogster Club Corgi……..

Read it for what is worth to you, but to me, it is absolutely repulsive. I can not imagine this was quite necessary to prove any point and I am only glad the corgi was not killed for this protest. Mark McGowan ate corgi meat to make is point!

Mark McGowan while on a London radio station chose to protest the royal families treatment of a fox during a January fox hunt with Prince Philip, the Queen’s husband. The corgi is the favorite breed of Queen Elizabeth.

He said, “It was pretty disgusting” even if it was cooked with spices and apples.

Mark was protesting the Prevention of Cruelity to Animals did not proscute Prince Phillip for the hunt and killing of the fox. RAPCA said the fox did not suffer. Mark said the fox fought for his life for five minutes and then beaten to death.

Mark is known for protesting oulandishly and one time had a swan cooked for another queen protest.

I just wanted to share this news with everyone. I happen to be an owner of a corgi…but I feel this was not a necessary way to protest any kind of action…..I am only happy to have read at least the corgi died of natural causes and was not made to be a sacrafice.
